Returns policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to return must be sent back unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges.  


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.



Returns with DPD or DHL Express
If your package was delivered with DHL, DPD, or PostNord, your return will be shipped with the same service. Please follow the below steps:

* Please advise the reason for the return by completing the attached return form to your order.

* Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the polly bags.

* Cover the original shipping label with your new return label on the outside of the package.

* Please drop off your return at your nearest DHL-or DPD service point. 

* Within 5 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, the refund approval and transfer will be made. Please note that we charge for the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your order. This cost will be deducted from the refund total. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice, your invoice will be updated to the correct outstanding amount.

* EU countries: -20 EUR
* Denmark: -200 DKK
* Norway: - 25 EUR
* Switzerland: -25 CHF
* The US: -30 USD
* The UK: -20 GBP
* Canada: -25 EUR
* Rest of the world: - 25 EUR

 

Exchanges 
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

 

Claims 
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
