Returns policy

 

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to return must be sent back unused and with their original packaging and hang tag. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges.  

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

 

Please note that any returns must be shipped with the provided shipping labels from LISA YANG. We do not accept returns shipped by any third-party shipping service by your own choice. For EU-orders, there is a return shipping label attached to your order inside the white envelope. For non-EU orders, please contact us on customerservice@lisa-yang.com to get your return shipping label. 

 

We don’t accept returns or claims of LISA YANG pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.

 

 How to make a return with DPD or DHL Express

* Advise the reason for the return per item by completing the attached paper return form to your order.

* Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the poly bags.

* Tape the return shipping label on the outside of the package.

* Drop off your return at your nearest DHL-or DPD Service Point. 

* Within 5 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, the refund approval and transfer will be made. Please note that we deduct the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your order. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice, your invoice will be updated to the correct outstanding amount.

* Denmark: -90 DKK
* Norway: - 25 EUR
* Switzerland: -25 CHF
* The US: -30 USD
* The UK: -20 GBP
* Canada: -25 EUR
* Rest of the world: - 25 EUR

 

Exchanges 
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

 

Claims 
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue. We are only investigating claims of LISA YANG products bought on lisa-yang.com.
