1) To return an order, please visit this page and fill in your order number and email address to generate a return shipping label. The return label will be downloadable as a PDF once you enter your details.
2) Please use the original packaging to return your pieces, including the poly bags, with all tags attached.
3) Attach the return shipping label to the box, and drop it off at any nearby Service Point. You may find the nearest Service Point by using the locator within the return portal.
4) Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed, from the day it is received at the warehouse.
5) You will get notified via email when your refund has been processed. Please note that we charge 20 EUR for the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your order. The 20 EUR will be deducted from the refund total. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice, your invoice will be updated to show the correct outstanding amount.

Returns policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns must be sent back in unused condition and with their original packaging and hang tags attached. Please note that the cost of the return shipping (see the list above) will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the piece shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the piece(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
Please note that any returns must be shipped using the shipping labels provided. We don’t accept returns sent with a third-party shipping service.
We don’t accept returns or claims of LISA YANG pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a piece for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.
Claims
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to us at customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue. We are only handling claims of orders placed at LISA-YANG.com.
